Gifford MacShane is the award-winning author of Historical Western Romance novels that celebrate the resilience of the human spirit. 

The Donovan Family Saga features a family of Irish immigrants who settle in the Arizona Territory; each book also includes traditional song lyrics & a dash of Celtic mysticism. Growing up in a large & often boisterous Irish-American family, Giff uses those experiences to good purpose (though no names will be named!)

A member of the Historical Novel Society since 2015 and a self-professed grammar nerd, she can often be caught diagramming sentences for fun. Giff also loves to sing, though her cats don’t always approve. She currently lives in Pennsylvania with her husband Richard & any number of rescued felines.
